  • Gone from 69 kg to 67 kg in 4 weeks. I do 2/3 sets, buns OR legs, arms and abs, 1 day cardio 30 mins and then repeat. Taking 1-2 days in a week off. I was a size 40 now I'm almost my targeted size 38 :) I don't diet. You'll lose centimeters for sure, but feel firmer as well. And it will be visible within 2 weeks max.

  • how often should I do this work out? Is every day too much, or is it fine?

  • haha oh god this is funny. can't break a sweat from this thing (she does say its a warm up but still). she is just skinny with little muscle. i was like that for years, and i hated it. Good fast intense workouts kill the fat and bring up the muscle.

  • @mariaizukraine ask your doctor, but if you are really healthy do cardio for 60minutes, six days a week. Everyone needs rest. Rest for one day.

  • Awesome! I own these on VHS and have been waiting for them to come out on DVD. Shame the Cindy Crawford ones were released and not these. Kathy Kaehler, Claudia's trainer, is a great trainer.
