  • guys, its crossfit pullups, not strict pullups. you are supposed to use your whole body. and i'm glad they only filmed the last one, i'd rather not watch a thirty minute workout video, thanks

  • @motojeff how is this impressive dipshit? it showed her doing 1 pullup and if you know much about lifting or fitness in general you'll see that this is the worst pull up ever I wouldnt even call it that. so dont beleive everything you read. just like guy above you says should put a video up with heading "doing a thousand pull ups" and just show the last one. would you beleive that too? you got shit for brains

  • kipping pull ups are a great functional exercise. now this bitch is prepared to swim upstream with the other fucking salmon. i'll bet they smell better than her.

  • Sara Conner

  • not a pull up.

  • This video is why I don't do x-fit.

  • @biggamejames79 You're a good example of a little information in the wrong hands. The idea is to be great at everything but not to the exclusion of anything else. When you get around 19-20 minutes on your 5k you'll notice that it starts to take away from your 1rm dead lift and squat for example. Anyway if you were really paying attention you'd take note that Arnold himself endorses crossfit not to mention it's used by Military elite groups like the seals and world martial arts champions.

  • good idea would be to shoot it from the start next time

  • want some rope to go with that swing m'dear?

  • Oh and that's not a pull up in the video, the guy even says "big kip, big hips", and neither of those are involved in a standard pull up. It IS a kip up, which is a decently athletic move, though using that much momentum reduces the actual pulling effort a lot.
