Alabama Homeland Security Exercise - Trucks, trailers, boats, and helicopters converge on Montgomery

Assets from all over the state of Alabama participated in an exercise dubbed "Operation Propeller Constellation". Part of the exercise was to test the ability of the regions throughout the state to move their assets to the scene of an incident.

Trailers containing supplies, bomb robots, trucks purpose built as command centers, crime scene analysis, helicopters and watercraft from all over the state converged on Montgomery, the location of the exercise and hypothetical incident.

Once there, participants attended various training sessions and were able to network with each other and learn more about the capabilities of the various assets available in the event of a a disaster or terrorist attack.
