i just got a trial for premiere pro today and googled tutorials and this was the first thing that popped up.

I am having a problem. When i click on new project with all the settings, I cant change my capture format. Its at DV not HDV and when i click on it to change it, theres no HDV option. Could you please help???

@RussianSpetsnaz01 Sounds like a trial version that hasn't been updated correctly to the full version. Adobe's solution is to uninstall, run their cleanup script and re-install. Search for "Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool" (YouTube won't let me post a direct link).

hoe can I resize the preview vindow? I got wide screen HD video and when I import the filme and drag it to timeline it cuts a lot of the video in the preview like a square? how can i fit the screen to full hd?... u know what i mean? sorry my English not too good =/

Thank you very much! I know you said you wont respond to all questions but if someone could help me out that would be MUCH appreciated. For some reason whenever i play my clips together the video is laggy and choppy even though when i watch them off of Premire with my normal vid player they look perfect 1080p clear and smoothe. The audio is being read fine but the video doesnt keep up with it

@CreativeOrgin Could be any number of reasons. This is the sort of question that needs to be addressed in our forum - way to difficult to tackle it in youtube comments (you can't upload screenshots, post links or anything else here).
