Well they hurt them selves by smoking up and hurting their lungs and by drinking people hurt their body still...so maybe instead of legalizing pot, alcohol should be made illegal? LOL but it doesn't matter weather these things are illegal or legal people who want to will do them anyways. Yes god created weed but he gave us free will and told us it was bad don't do it so if we do it anyways hes not affected we are. your right to say think for your self but if you kill brain cells you can't think.

@princ3ssrizz0 alcohol illegal? That was called prohibition....it didn't work. Which is the same reason banning marijuana doesn't work...and why it should be legalized.

@KingHeathen yes I think alcohol and marijuana are similar in that they are both toxic substances that make people act how they normally wouldn't. Things that are illegal are still being done and used so really it doesn't matter weather marijuana is legal or not. If it was legal less people would do it because it wouldn't be so cool or exciting anymore. But really why hurt your self just to be high or drunk? when you're high you're paranoid and drinking gives you hangover..there's no point of em

@KingHeathen there's other ways to have fun. great you don't get wasted but even drinking a little you poison your body. I don't see what's fun about poison and liver damage. drinking even a little means your liver must detoxify your body from the alcohol.

All drugs should be legalized. It would only take a fraction of the money used fighting drugs to house those presently addicted (hard drungs not pot). They could be given their drug of choice & treatment if they like. This would stop most crime associated with getting money for drugs. The billions going out of the US would would stop because Heron,Cocain would be worthless. Pushers would not be getting kids addicted. It would be a win all way round
