@bharathgandhi Hi these videos are what I was looking for. I once saw a documentary on National Geographic on the most isolated and ancient places in modern day and the number one, out of ten, spot belonged to Tibet! There was video coverage that was at least 15 years old shortly showing the wonders and splendor of Tibet. I was in awe. I didn't think that a palce in modern day would still exist with a form of purity in nature and culture. I know the story is somwhat else now though. U know link

Tibetan has rich and advance culture of philosophy, medicine, astrology, arts, music, opera, independent literature with complete grammatical system and independent language completely different from China. Countless Tibetan scholars and masters have written thousands of books in our own writing and language for well over thousand years on different subjects. These things never mentioned by Mao and CCP.

The Tibetan society was consisting of monks, bureaucracy, traders, farmers and nomads. By and large they are happy and content. Unfortunately, due to the lack of good governing system, mistreatment and abuse of poor people did occur here and there similar to slavery system. Ultimately poor governing system has even cause lost of Tibet to China. Tibetan society as a whole is nothing like serfdom or slavery and cruel as portrayed by Mao and CCP.

Keep comparing Tibet now and Tibet 50 years ago. How about China? Compare China now and China 50 years ago. Compare world now and world 50 years ago. It just gets sillier.

This just further proves that British treated Tibetans in the 1950...they measure the people like live stocks instead of treating them like human.

the reason not much media is allowed is because of the violent riots...besides I think school and health is way more important than allowing biased western media to access this sacret land.
Sorry the opposite is actually happening: more school, hospitals, for the former Tibetan slaves (90% of the population). Now Tibet is more accessable and your lies are paling.

how do you define "accessible"? By not allowing any outside media? By showing the world only what you want them to know?
n what is the use of trying to rule them, when the very people doesn't like it, no matter how many hospitals or Schools (to impose the Chinese way) are built!!!
