@BEman03 Whatever you're doing, it's working. I have my own odd shortcuts, too. That's what I love about cooking-- 10 different cooks with the same list of ingredients can come up with 10 variations to get from point A to point B.

Yikes! I was like...NOOOOOOO! Whip the cream first!!! But it looks like it turned out OK. Thanks for making this video. I'm checking out quite a few tiramisu videos because I made tiramisu a year ago, and now I've been asked to make it again and I don't remember which variation I used. Those Alessi biscuits are good. Dip it, swish it, and place it. I remember I used them with concentrated cold-brewed coffee and Disaronno Amaretto.

I've made this recipe around 80-100 times and have never whipped the cream before hand. It's always turned out perfect and I get rave reviews, so I guess it works either way.
I made mine without alcohol, but I'm sure it would be just as tasty with the Disaronno. Good luck.
