Lit: Its stuck in my throat.

Its on the tip of my tongue but I just cant remember it.
のどまで出かかっているのに、言葉が出てこない。
Lit: Even though its stuck in my throat the word wont come out.

I will remember the expression at the moment.

But I will have forgotten it in a next moment.
