@Gina if you buy from Pet stores, you are supporting the demand. No, it is not the puppies faults, but it will never stop as long as there is demand!

who is this lady?
and how is this proof that dogs from those mills actually go to barkworks?
I support adopting sheltered animals
......but this was weak.

@GinaToySculptor buying a puppy from a store and "giving them love" only continues the cycle of abuse and selling for more puppies to come...reliable breeders never sell to pet stores!!
-
I never believed barkworks dogs came from breeders! and I was right! Everytime I go in the store the dogs look so depressed all the time. I love dogs and i hate seeing them suffer! :(
-
@RobDTom i completely agree. The pictures and even the videos they showed of the inside are not barkworks. This is plain propaganda, and i even agree with them about getting shelter dogs.

These animal rescue groups need to be investigated by investigative reporters. There's no telling what will be found in their backgrounds. For example, Best Friends Animal Society, used to be a church called the "Process Church of the Final Judgement" have their headquarters in a remote part of Utah, and take in about 40 million dollars a year, yet they only have one animal shelter! Do your own internet search of this former church turned animal rights group. It is there.

The title of this video is very misleading. I didn't see a single thing in this video that in any way "exposed" BarkWorks. There wasn't a shred of evidence showing that they get their dogs from puppy mills. Very deceiving video and borders on libel.
Everyone is talking about "going green"...well you recylce your old electronics, why not be as green as it gets and take in a stray dog? Save the planet from the wasted lives of puppy mill dogs and save your wallet a huge chunk of change and change the lives of not only the dogs you save but everyone around you. My dog changed not only my life but so many others....whose will yours change?

I an not endorsing a Puppy Mill - but these shop pups need love and good families, too! There ARE reliable breeders in this world, so don't make the mistake that there aren't. I've rescued dogs, adopted from the pound and from shelters - and also bought 5 puppies from dog breeders. There are pro and cons for their health and you just adopt with an open heart and wallet for whatever follows. I am a member of several animal protection agencies and animal welfare groups and far from ignorant.
