I don't understand why people selectively choose human rights; prescribing them to all people except those who have not yet been born. The Roman Catholic Church and those blessed Churches of the East, all history aside, are defending human rights against people of all kinds, from feminists to fundamentalist Christians the church will defend the worth of the individual person wherever they are.
