Where did you get the kit, paint, chassis, and pony wheel for Peter Sam?

I'd love to get a model of Peter Sam, or his real life name edward thomas, but what company made the ho/oo scale model and where can I get it without spending alot of money?

To get the faces off the ertl trains you take a small knife like a hobby knife and carefully cut the face off the ertl model. Watch out though, becuse the face is connected to the loco with a small steel hole that a thing on the face goes into, so carefully push the face off/cut it.

I've really been wanting a model of peter sam without the face because I have a layout of the narrow guage engines but it is set in real life. Can you tell me how you made that locomotive?
