A smart politician wouldn't have appealed to the xenophobic wing of the GOP while he is himself a mormon;he alianated latinos and lost Florida and being a mormon didn't help either.A smart person with a strange belief or belonging to a minority group would have preached inclusiveness.Sorry,PILLSBURY09,Romney isn't samart in political terms.I agree with him though "We need fresh blood in Washington!" and McCain has a cold war mind in 21st century USA.
