Homemade 30 gallon Livewell

After sitting behind my garage for 2 years.......I finally got to cutting my 55 gallon plastic drum down and made a livewell out of it.................works great. The drum has markings on the side of the barrel that indicated how much fluid was in it. I cut it at the 30 gallon mark, then cut about 10 inches off the top half and pushed the top half into the bottom section.......bolted and siliconed everything. Then cut the opening in the top, added stainless hinges......and used part of the cut side to make the door stopper. Put in the fittings and put a 360 GPH bilge pump on the intake hose. Hook pump to spare battery and drop pump in water.......Works great...........
