i thought this movie was pretty cool.robert deniro is one of our greatest actors and william shatner was hilarious.that was awesome when he jumps on the hood of the car,classic t.j hooker.

back then , almost everymovie was interresting , nowadays , only action movies are good , almost all comedies are not funny at all

@ilovesexilovenaked box office gross is only a financial measure of a film and is not a signal to longevity or success - just look at star wars and blade runner - they both bombed on release. in my opinion this is one of the great un-sung buddy-cop movies.

This should not have been a PG film. I think it would have been a lot better had Eddie been able to go on his signature fast talking rants. Eddie Murphy without swear words is not good.

gooverup, do you know the song in the start of the movie, the song is not in this trailer, but when Eddie Murphy is coming out of the filming studio, and the title, Showtime, is coming up..?
