When i think of how long ago ww1 was and how much it changed Europe and the world and how many died i just can't help but feel so much pain not really for awful it was but how much i wish i could've been there. I know that sounds horrible but i wish i could've experienced it first hand instead of having to read it in a text book or learning it from someone who doesn't give a shit about it. It's a really fascinating topic. Remember the dead we must never ever forget... never

Human Nature/Family of Blood was a fantastic pair of episodes, one of the best stories since the relaunch of Dr Who. The episodes were great enough already, but that WW1 tribute at the end was pretty much perfect. Fantastic.
"Some boys from England walking together in France..."
I love that quote, I don't know why.

This was such a good tribute to the Lost Generation. May they never be forgotten.
