Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey - David

Yes, I know I said no moar SJ, but the game is so epic and I´m so epically bored. ;_;

Anyways, uploading the first Fiend of this game, David, since nobody else did it, even though he´s weak to Thunder, don´t understimate him.

He has three attacks (As far as I have seen), Poison Claw, a fear-inducing attack, and Mamudoon.

Before this battle, be SURE to do an Ex-mission with the three Dis in this dungeon that harvest you the Yggdra Ring, that Nulls poison, and another one that gives you a Null Dark Armor, because unlike Nocturne Mudo/Hama spells have a pretty good chance of hitting (As you can clearly see it at the point where he butches the half of my party which aren´t Dark Protected ._.). And get a load of demons with Zio spells, self-explanatory reason, and one or two with Media since Poison Claw will hit, hard.

Also if you can be sure to get the bird-thing demon with Rakunda in this dungeon (Don´t know Japanese so lolwut, she is Law though), or in my case I fused High Pixie and gave her that demon´s source, it helps since David lacks in Dekunda.

I -hate- David. In SMT1 you just encounter him randomly in some dead-end in a seemingly non-important part of a building. So obscure and minute is the importance that all you're doing is exploring just to fill the map, and bam. David appears, and insta-kills everyone in your party. I think he's like 40+ levels above where you would be.

ugh this boss was a douche to beat!! I basically got 3 demons of the same alignment with me that knew the zio spells and i started spamming demon co-op's against him and still his staredown attack that give's everyone fear still made it hard to kill him.

Apparently David was possibly original demon of SMT I since there were some Fiends in SMT I that you could find.

Nocturne's rate of success with hama and mudo spells increase in hard mode up to the original success rates that were enjoyed with SMT1 and 2. Looks like they're just returning to the SMT1 and 2 rates, which is awesome.

When I first found out that a demon named David was on this game, I thought it was weird that he was put in the fiends group. Looking at the demon now, I'm wondering if this is not the one from David and Goliath. If it's not David from the story of him versus Goliath, then does anyone know who it's suppose to be?
