http://www.pcmech.com - This is a great way to try out a fully installed Linux without having to partition your hard drive or any of that other nasty stuff. Apologies for the clunky parts of this vid. I had to rush it out because I have a DVD I'm working on at the moment.

  • Hello,

I have Windows XP Professional SP3 on my laptop. I am wanting to learn some basic UNIX commands and try shell scripting. Would this UBUNTU do it for me?

Also, which product in VMWARE should I be downloading and installing?

    Thank you
