Today's Beauty Box TV episode shows what are the typical steps in a Japanese skincare regime. There are some similarities with Western skincare steps but there are of course a few distinct differences. When I first came to Japan, I was so confused over what to buy for myself but I was eager to try new stuff because Japanese skincare products have such a great reputation. @ylfriends It's called Hanayuki Exfoliating Gel. It's def one of my faves for gentle but good exfoliation.

I'm glad you approve . I really enjoy your videos and saw your online web site it's very informative and im learning lots . Please can I ask you for some advice as a male who tries to look after himself and I eat well and try to be healthy . Please could you advise me on which sheet masks you rate and advise . There are so many and some made inkorea and some in Japan and boxes of 10 of them online seem so very cheap . Does this mean they are rubbish ? Also any recommendations for an essence a m

@dannyleeds1132 It depends what you want to get out of the mask. For hydrating Japanese masks, I would recommend Mandom Barrier Repair Mask HA Super Moist, Kracie Moisturizing Facial Mask Extra Rich, Kose Clearturn Hyaluronic Acid Mask, & Raffine Collagen Treatment Mask. For brightening, I haven't really come across any that really work except SKII Treatment Essence Mask (but sensitive skin types beware!) and My Beauty Diary Apple Polyphenol Mask. No real experience with Korean masks I'm afraid

@romeydiaz77 they are okay....i used to like them alot esp when travelling but i prefer foaming cleansers because they are more gentle and clean better. I used fancl washing powder for a long time - it cleans well enough but somehow i feel foam cleansers clean better but this is just my opinion.
