What gets me here is the the guys who were driving the van got away with murder, and New Yorks Top Cop at the time is being charged today with crap.
Shows were are priorities are.

And we never heard of the van with the painted mural of planes diving into NY again. According to police broadcast it blew up. the guys driving the van were eventually aprehended (they didn't plan on that) and in their immediate fear of their unique circumstance quickly explained they were Israelis. The rest is history. im sure this van was disposed of by one of Kerik's ties in the "construction" business and never spoken about again.
