  • also..would it sink on its own? if not what would u use to weigh it down? and bat choice? i live in theuk and dunno wat to use

  • It will sink on its own but I advise using a 3 lb folding grapnel anchor on a8' tether to make sure it doesn't drift away with the current. Clams/cockles are a good bait in the UK I as far as I know. The trap won't be available in the UK until the end of May probably. I am just setting up a freight forwarder in Holland.

  • what size crab and lobster can you get in here?

  • I don't know about lobster but a 9" (across shell) dungeness can get in not problem

  • I bought this trap in Sidney BC at Capital Iron last week. I can pack it anywhere and it is FANTASTIC for Dungeness and Red Rock. I use Samon heads, chicken backs sometimes varnish clams for bait. I am sooooo happy with my trap. THANK YOU!
