I miss this man so much. That's my abuelito for you all right there. Flavio and Val Jr. are my uncles by my dad's side. May both Valerio Jr. and Sr. rest in peace. Love you guys.

One of the greats in Tejano music .I saw him life at the Tejano Bar in Sinton , Tejas . Lico Gonzales was my boss and a friend of his . As we were ready to close a shooting took place inside . everybody hit the floor . I pay him behind the bar . He said I will never play in Sinton again . Good times in Sinton . Next day I quit my job as a bartender . Memories from the past .
