I eat 5-6 meals a day, foods high in protein (lots of tuna, chicken, eggs) and carbs (rice, breads, potatoes, pasta). Protein shakes/bars in between meals, eating at least every 2 hours.

  • i actually find this could be natural. I mean he only gained 15 pounds, probably 12-13 lbs of musle from the looks of it. Thats about 2.5lbs lean muscle a month.
