My cousin took of the speed limiter but without altering the ECU for more performance. He installed "Z" tires so it can resist a higer speed. He did 240 KM/H (about 150 MPH)

if this road is straight, no downhill, this 6 speed auto makes the mdx 5 seconds faster from 70-120 than prev mdx
