My review on the CF Tac Vest. Not a bad vest, going to work well with my Canadian Forces loadout.

why would you say people hate it?

The majority of people I've spoken to in the CF, have all said they disliked the lack of mag pouches and that the vest is a over all flawed design. Personally, just from airsofting, I find it works rather well.

@EddieUV777 i won the vest and i think it is good i like it more than molle because with molle you have to buy all the pouches which can cost alot

As far as the vest goes compared to MOLLE. If you ran anything the size of 7.62 (M14). You wouldn't be able to put them in there. With MOLLE. You literally do set up things the way you like them. Admin Pouches, Pouches on your left side so your right hand never leaves the trigger, frag pouches, utility pouches. I would say MOLLE over all wins. I have the Tac Vest to complete my CF load out. Same way, I'm creating a C8 rifle.

the little pouch on the vest isnt a pistol mag pouch, its a pouch designed to hold a mini maglight flashlight.

ok this is the biggest piece of shit ever made, you get one pouch for a c9 it rides too high so good luck pulling it out, 4 mags just junk

This vest is a piece of shit, 4 mag pouches? The fuck is that shit. Grenade pouches that don't even fit the M67? My first one lasted me about 3 months of easy use. PIECE OF SHIT.

theres a funy thing in the front of the vest on top of the flap covering the zipper thats abayonet hoder for the sheath and knife and if the vest dosent carry enough ammo the y desined for the army where they arn't a crappy shot and don't wast ammo so theres lots of room for mags( if your not a shitty shot)

I have personally carried 500 rounds in their boxes in the C9 pouch, when i was on security during SQ with my C7A1.

The pouches you didn't know are flash, smoke and other type of grenade pouches (flares and Arty sims).

@RickJamesBiaach agreed, the tac vest is a piece of crap, it has a very low ammo carrying capacity, and the grenade pouches are to small, u can get a grenade in there but u cant get it out, we used to joke of how we would just pull the pin and throw the vest. I really hope we adopt something like the molle system
