This is what should be going on in america....to bad our government is full of soulless, boring, old, overly controlling, bitchy bastards. They need to have required driving test like the Finish, harder ones at that. At a younger age o like the finish.

He's not Finnish but Dutch, and as far as I know she (Martine Kolman) is not his mother. She's the co-driver of the boy's father, Jasper van den Heuvel. :)
