This is the message i get when i try to send money from paypal.

Currently PayPal accounts in Algeria are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds.

Paypal algerien ne peut qu'envoyer de l'argent, pas recevoir...

sad isn't it fucking typical,you mean you can't send money through paypal to the recipient because it's algeria ?

That is exactly what it is.You can see the message i have received (at the end of the video)at paypal account when i tried to send money .

And it wasn't just me here as my brother in London was trying as well.

I called him from the other side of the world twice (in the middle of the night once as he told me)to get him to get a paypal account.And now this!!
