I do not see anything in the least scary about this video...it was deliberately slow and calm so people have time to take things in....

To the negative comments about this video - Alexander Technique is not a cult nor does it represent cultist techniques. It is a method for healing and learning how to use the body in a healthful manner. It is especially useful for musicians and dancers who are dealing with injury, but can certainly apply to anyone.
