Already seen by over 15O,000 fans, this video was created in Aug '06. It is a tongue-in-cheek look at Big Brother 7 contestant, Pete Bennet.

However, Pete himself saw this video and responded with a torrent of abuse, check out his contribution as "bb7winner" in the comments section. He posted it on his site and sent his fans to threaten and abuse me.

You can't judge Pete to Mikey or Verne, because both their conditions are completely different to Pete's.

You're doing it out of respect for people with real disabilities? like calling real people with disabilities spastics and mongs? I don't find either of those words respectful at all towards anybody, if you think that is respectful I wouldn't like to see you being disrespectful..

Pete had a fake disability (and a fake backstory) which he exploited to get sympathy and win BB

When I'm in a nursing home I'll regale the staff and inmates with tales from the time I exposed a Big Brother contestant as a fraud and a liar

I'll tell them about the fat fans attacking me, the emails Pete sent me, begging me to stop for the sake of his 'career'

If you think about it, I did this out of respect for people with real disabilities

Do you see Verne Troyer actively courting sympathy? Or Mikey from last year's BB

No, because they're men and because they have self-respect and pride

Pete opened the door for contestants such as Mikey and Verne to be able to apply and be excepted into the house.

I don't think I ever saw Pete ever feeling sorry for himself, but you can understand by being in that house must be a huge strain and can cause stress and anxiety, which are the main cause for bringing on the symptoms of Tourette Syndrome.

He has no more right to miaow in the Big Brother house than anyone. Much less right than some contestants, Kitten for example

Hirsch, You obviously have some impairment yourself to have this huge problem with people with disabilities. It seems as though you have a problem yourself in coming to terms with your impairment so you have to mock other people about theirs, because they can except theirs and carry on with their lives.

I feel sorry for you.

I hope some day that you're able to except your own disability, it's plain to see that it plays a huge effect on your life.

I have a disability that is closley related to tourettes and i love Pete. He really inspired me and made me realize that I have to get over it and be strong. So if what you say about his diability being fake or not Pete helped me and im sure im not the only one he's helped.
