I hear so much contradictory crap about Mungiki. I still don't know much about them but the criticism of them makes me have sympathy even though it seems to be another dumb religion. They are accused of everything from being a powerful mafia to cannibals. What I see are poor people being cruelly persecuted by a real mafia of modern cannibals which is the corrupt Euro sellout elites of Kenya. Christians and Muslims; now they know how to commit atrocities the proper way. Fried child witch anyone?

This is persecution of minority religion by the "main stream" colonial Anglican and catholic churches whose clergy and stakeholders have most to lose if this animism and liberal traditional way of life succeeds in freeing Kenya from the legacy of colnial belief systems: "We had the land and they had the bible in their hand- lets pray the said, we ended up having the bible in our hands, they the land!"
