@TinklyButtons @mysterydrum sorry if this sounds ignorant, but why is it cruel to call these "conditions" diseases? what exactly is the difference between a condition and a disease? Furthermore, your statement implies that to have a "disease" is worse than having a "condition" and carries more stigma. Why is this and to say that, is it not "so cruel" to people who have diseases?

People with Williams Syndrome have a small upturned nose, long philtrum (upper lip length), wide mouth, full lips, small chin, and puffiness around the eyes. The picture of the boy you put in this has Marfan Syndrome.
