'Ray Harryhausen Presents' this stop motion animated adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's short story. Executive aproduced by Ray Harryhausen & Fred Fuchs, Produced & Directed by Marc Lougee, co-Produced by Arnold Kunert.
Visual Effects by Switch VFX.

  • Is this movie going to be released in theaters?

  • The Pit and the Pendulum short film will be comtinue with worldwide film festival screenings thru 2008. SHows incluse comic conventions, Horro Cons, film festivals and other shows to be announced... the DVD release is scheduled for Spring, 2008, with over 1.5 hours of extra features, including crew interviews, 'making of' vids, storyboards, script breakdown, multiple language subtitles, and a few Easter eggs...stay tuned, and thanks for you checking the trailer!

  • I saw the screening at Horrorfest (at Starfest 2008) - awesome! I can't wait to get it on a DVD. A must-see movie for horror fans and animation enthusiasts alike.
