Jazz with some Afro Cuban licks by jazz pianist Mary Lou Williams. In terms of injecting spirtuality into music without words, she was second only to Coltrane. This one is off her 1974 Zoning album. Enjoy.

My friend and mentor knew and mentored with her, please pass my email onto your friend, my friend Jim is an old timer and doesn't even have a computer but he is a main stay in the underground jazz scene in Toronto. I am just producing a CD with him. Look up on youtube amateurfun Jim heineman trio, he is fanatstic and you can hear Mary Lou's influence in his compositions. Love her!

@coloredopinions She doesn't get the recognition she deserves outside of serious jazz circles, but then few great jazz artists do.
