I bought my 2004 Chevy Aveo with 7,700 miles on it. I had the timing belt replaced at 57,000 miles on the car. The idler pulley (part of the timing belt assembly) seized up and destroyed part of my engine at close to 80,000 miles. $1,900 in repairs to get this engine running again. This General Motors car is garbage. The Aveo is crap and Chevrolet has likely lost a customer for life.
