Sleeping in Dirty Underwear, Can Smell What Can You Do Then?

Over the years I have found people do sleep in their dirty underwear, that can be a problem for bed itch or smelly situations.

Remember you had the underwear on all day at work then you go and sleep in them, now this is not clean living.

I have some tips so you can think about going to bed and sleep cleaner than if you do nothing at all.

Some people have been known to not change their underpants for many days and this does make them smell as others are being way too nice not to say anything or you think perfume will cover up the smell... In time this will only do nothing.
