When you enter Central Area, make sure the moth is spawned at the opposite side of where you are there.

Also, in Eastern area, no glutton and giant beetles must spawn too.

By Moth, do you mean the Flying Moth or the one that sits on the ground? The one that sits on the ground sort of looks like the Deathmorph.

It's either empty, a chimera or a flying moth.

Uhh to make rare monsters spawn you have to walk into an area 150 times, do you have to walk into the catacombs 150 times or the east wing  of the catacombs 150 times to make him spawn?

i cant spawn this ive been looking for 2 hours and those damn Gluttons keep spawning
