You have to wait 20 minutes before you can use a breathalyzer to give an accurate reflection of how intoxicated you are. Or you have to wash your mouth out with water, these people probably just walked out of a bar, so again TodayTonight needs to use methods to accurately back up the facts. Nevertheless, I do think Perth is getting worse, why can't people just have a drink and enjoy themselves with mates?

Vile. I would have thrown a beer on that reporter. I could take a camera to Bunbury, Melbourne, Sydney, London, New York, wherever people are drinking and make exactly the same report. umm there's a difference between drunk and legal driving limit. Yeah the limit to DRIVE is 0.05, but cmon, you'd hardly be drunk on that! being 4 times over the DRIVING limit is nothing. It doesnt mean they are going to get in a car.
