  • @ lvl8hacker Of all the water-cooling reservoirs, pumps and fan controllers you have usd, which do you like or have worked the best ?

  • @Ronsanut By far my favorite pump is the MCP-655. I like how you can use it in a RES like the Koolance or by it self with any other RES. EK makes great stand alone RES's. I have used both the tube type and the Bay type. I like the EK spin RES due to the flow indicator. I like the Koolance for the fact I can mount 2 MCP-655 pumps on it and it takes up laees of a foot print. It really depends on how much room you have to work with.

I dont have a favorite fan controller. Just make sure it can

  • @Ronsanut cont..... Just make sure it can handle the load you are putting on it. Then it just comes down to if you like touch screens or knobs..I tend to lean to knobs on my controllers...it makes it easier for me to get them where I want them.

  • Are you pulling air from the inside of the bench or pushing through the radiators from the outside into the bench ?

  • @Ronsanut The fans are in a push, pushing the outside cool air into the bench. Once all the components are installed the pushed air exhaust through the front and back. I get GREAT temps with this setup. Currently I have 2 GTX Black Ice 360mm RADS with AP-15's cooling just the CPU. The GPU that I have in there is a EVGA GTX570 SC and it is on air. I pulled the 3 way SLI GTX580 Hydros for my new build in the Silverstone FT02.

  • @lvl8hacker i observed that Faser white tubes u used upside are 3/8-1/2" but the other downside with the RADS, the black ones?

  • @iFlashPlays Sounds like you might be using the wrong quick disconnect fittings. You need to use the one that is threaded. It then just screws into the pass through fitting. Hope that helps

  • Thank you. I will do the same though. Very nice. Can't wait to see your Silverstone FT02 unveiled.

  • Hi! nice work, just a question! wich kind of fittings did you use? inclusive tubes everything.. ;)

  • @lvl8hacker Thanks for the response....I didn't know you were running push/pull...or at least in the video it looked just like a push config.

Regardless, I am sure it wouldn't make much difference either way.....I am very impressed by this build, looking forward to more updates. Keep up the good work!
