The APCQ has the pleasure to present Laydiana Chiv, candidate for Miss Cambodia Canada 2011! Will she be the first Miss Cambodia Canada? That's what we'll find out on April 9th 2011 during the celebration of the Khmer New Year, located at the Embassy Plaza!
