that fish cotton candy stuff is so weird, how do they think of that?

this is my dream job or at least i would like to open a restaurant based on the euro-asian cusine of molecular gastronomy..... :D this is what got me to want to go to culinary school

I like Food :] it's just amazing; amazing Art. Someday.. I heard u have to wait a year after the reservation is made :S Still it's worth it ~Good Food~Good Art.

it's true that people outside spain usually tend to think tha every person from spain is from andalucia, that dance and sing flamenco and only eat chorizo, paella, jamon... and even heard that we dont have microwave and that our fathers are bullfighters( sorry for the people that dont think this)

I love how they're playing Flamenco in the back-ground as if that's signifying for Catalunya. That's like playing country music in the background when paired with footage from New York - it just doesn't make any sense.

Otherwise it's good though.
