  • Burroughs had interest in space, it's true, but I believe by "...That's why we have to go into space," his is meaning: of course we would; we have no way else to prove our dominance to ourselves.

    If we are "stuck": Where else would we go? What else would we do? How can a species in the state of neoteny evolve?

    His commentary was often about our impulses and aggressiveness, as a crude self-preservation.

  • class video. I have great respect and adoration for Burroughs. It's nice what he's saying, aesthetically pleasing, but I can't help but think the content is meaningless here.

    burroughs is one of the greatest minds of all time...

    check out some of my vids...burroughs is a big influence on me and my music.

    i even use samples of his voice...much like this video...but with more "cut-up" style of music.
