Wow, your ignorance is amazing.

Yes! this country makes raising a child impossible! unless you are filthy rich you cant possibly hope to raise healthy, educated children. I agree 100%. there are alot of dumb asses in here shouting out comments, when they them selves would do the same thing!

They have no other choice. this law did more good then bad

If you don't want your fucking kid, might as well give 'em up, because if you don't want them, odds are the kid will grow to be fucked up because of an unloving mother/father. There should be nothing that keeps parents from doing this.

What a cowardly act. I have seen this on the news and my question is, Where are the fathers?? Dump them because they cannot get the mental health needs? B/S. This is going to leave an emotional scar. Father Flanagan(SP) is rolling in his grave repeating, "There is no such thing as a bad kid."

That is sad. I hope she gets the help she needs. Poor girl will probably never have a normal life.

The Lincoln mother who dropped off her 18-year-old daughter said she was repeatedly turned down, sought help from police, state social services authorities and the girl's school..had been diagnosed with a mental illness when she was 12 and had deep psychological scars from childhood abuse and from being left alone with her dead biological mother for a week..she felt she had no choice but to leave her daughter at the hospital after a recent flurry of assault, stealing...
she is societies probm.
parents must have been desperate to drop off there kids

I am confused... her daughter was 18. She's legally an adult, no? Drop her off at a job center and tell her to get her own place. I don't think public funds should go to help "unruly" or lazy young adults.
