at my shop we have a lifetime guarantee against all defects in the repair. So cutting corners just dosent make sense. If a vehicle is brought back to the shop with a concerning issue, I.E, an alignment issue with a door, or a window not working EVEN IF WE DIDNT TOUCH THAT DOOR IN THE REPAIR the tech must fix the issue for FREE!!!! It sucks but that is how the Insurance companies are, they just want the MONEY and customer satisfaction,

@kubelvagon I totaly agree! Im a Body Tech, and most people out there dont understand that the Insurance companies are to blame, they dictate your cars repair and there is nothing a Tech can do but repair as the Insurance adjuster states. Most of the repairs in the vid are not satisfactory, but then again the Ins. Co. can just claim that damage to the vehical is "PRIOR DAMAGE" and cant be fixed in this repair. Its a F-ing joke. Most body techs dont "Cut Corners" its not wort it

The insurance company forces the shop and body men to repair at their cost. In short the one that suffers the most is the body man repairing the car. Do you want to get paid three hours to do a job that takes six. Think about it. How dare you include a body shop in this scandalous documentary. How about this... next time you wreck your car fix it yourself or just buy another one. Pissing off quality technicians will only mean that there will be less of them in the future!
