I seriously doubt it... There are 10 months since I had troubles with them and BMW UK and BMW AG (Germany) are not even responding to my emails. I thought that a premium car is represented not only by the car itself, but by the services that Dealers are providing as well. Obviously I was wrong, or I just made a passion for the wrong brand.
