I seriously doubt it... There are 10 months since I had troubles with them and BMW UK and BMW AG (Germany) are not even responding to my emails.
I thought that a premium car is represented not only by the car itself, but by the services that Dealers are providing as well. Obviously I was wrong, or I just made a passion for the wrong brand.
TBH I am not surprised, I gave up BMW about 7 years ago with a similar situation sold the car and never went back. The paint finish on new BMW is shocking have a look along the side and the paint is like orange peel.
