Authorities declined to share what the kid Jaime Gonzalez said before he was shot in the back of the head . Gee you don,t suppose he said its just a pellet gun . The kid never shot the pellet gun off or threaten anyone with it . the kid was not pointing it at them or anyone else Jaime Gonzalez was shot in the back of the head .
The media says cops raced into the school ( not the swat team now but the cops race into the school ) full of children and confronted the kid , now i,v never heard of cops doing that , robots from the swat team maybe but not cops , sounds like they knew it was a pellet gun , And the detail is the knee jerk authorities declined to share what the kid said before he was shot in the back of the head by beat cops not swat who charged up a kid with a gun and yelled repeatedly ( most kids freeze up when you yell at them thats why parents yell at their kids ) .
The kid went out to dinner with his parents the night before and went home and watched a movie with them , they reported he didn,t seem any different , the kid took his dads tools regularly to help other kids fix their bikes , he washed peoples dogs and cut lawns for extra cash , nothing about this story adds up , 15 of his friends gather after in front of his home hugging each other .

For those who don’t like guns but still want to protect their family, they may arm themselves with pepper spay. In 2011, a brave woman in LA was able to repel a burglar with a can of bear repellant. The man arrested after the get away car crashed turned out to be Lucien Daigle, a sergeant with the Los Angeles Police Department. Officials said that a search of Daigle’s vehicle turned up several items that belonged to the burglary victim. A strong odor of pepper spay was detected in the car.

Instead of throwing the police sergeant in jail pending trial and to protect the burglar victim, The Los Angeles Police Department has placed him on PAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE AT HOME and launched an INTERNAL investigation into the matter.

I don't understand why the police do not rely on helmet video cameras and/or mini digital cam attached to weapons to capture video of their shootings to obtain proof that they are justified to use deadly force in each operation.
On second thought I don't think the police would want to have video evidence of cops using excessive force or worse still using unjustified deadly force.
Until police video cameras become mandatory by law as evidence in all shootings, I think the problem will remain.
