Wich in-ear monitors do you use and do you find them? Do they isolate well the sound? Is there enough bass? Thanks

@xCrumblingMirth oh thanks a bunch. So I guess I have one more question chris. If the profire is a slave, does that mean all of your Microphones r hooked up that one???? If not, r u using unbalanced lines on the 1814?? Thanks again. You know u should probably be playing with the pros. Good luck!!

hey chris! Your drums sound so awesome I went out and got the profire 2626 and the firewire 1814. How exactly did you rig those two together? Thanks and keep up the awesome drumming

Hi! The Profire is basically acting as a slave, you need to hook up both ADAT ports on both devices to each other (ie, ADAT OUT on 2626 connects to ADAT IN on the 1814, and vice versa) Then, using the M-Audio Control Panel on your computer, adjust the settings in the Hardware tab - Sync Source should be "Internal Unmuted" and digital port selection should both be set to ADAT, not SP/DIF.

@george5030 Yep! Nothing's really changed, but i had all my drums re-cut and fixed (the bearing edges were a little dented from stick hits, and edges weren't really level. Made a huge difference in the sound and feel.
