Just in case this strikes you as a totally frivolous and even counter-productive gadget in the broader New Mobility context that interests us here -- and indeed the little video is delightfully light -- it may be useful for you to know that these strange "heptacycles" have other uses as well. In Dublin for instance they are used to let blind children tour the city at safe times. In Paris, ditto for children with mental and physical handicaps, usually in conjunction with the protected weekly mass bike runs. And of course to help participants in the Accelerated Learning sessions get together in a different way. It can be a great way for people to see your city, together.
