A year after the terror attacks at VT Station is Mumbai, there are enough reasons for concerns about the Delhi Metro. In the run up to the 2010 Commonwealth games, there are fears that the government may be overlooking even the basic security setup of Delhis slick Metro rail network. Its hardly giving an idea away. I have travelled on the Metro and because it was impressive, I decided to take a photo with my mobile phone and was stopped from doing to by a security guard.

I think the major issue here, is that the security team has extremely poor training. I know this as a family member in New Delhi manages a Security company and pays alot of attention towards training and daily briefings. Such relaxed security is also present at Banks, Malls and Tourist venues in Delhi.

the most important question now is has our adminstration/Govt/security systems taken a note of this and amended the glaring lapses?I am praying they should have done so.

The problem with Mumbai was that the security forces were ill-equipped to handle an actual attack. The real question that should be raised, is that if you were posing any real threat, how would the security forces end up handling it? Try this experiment again, this time with a real gun and shoot at people. Carrying a gun is not dangerous.

Since you belong to media faternity, this lapse was never ever reported in any newspaper or your partner channels. I contradict manmohan Ji as its better not to have games rather than an easy access to militants and target innocent civilains and take hostages, which could be foreign nationals and hence more shameful.

If only shiela dixit and CISF head could watch this. I wonder what for do we pay tax, i think to raise up statues of Maywati.

i do understand that your intentions were in the right place but dont you think...if it is shown within the country, it would be better...we cant afford to spoil our global image...if it continues then soon it will have an image like pakistan ...everyone...americans...euro­peans...would be shouting india is unsafe...and that would hurt india in all possible ways...economic ...social...so it will be great if we keep it within our country...as it is india has lot of haters...peace

dost we are not giving ideas we just warned that another KASAB is ready to target our METRO if we dont improve our mistakes. ther are lots of KASAB in our and other country are ready to target it. its a just concerns towards our country.watch it and asked this question to our government what he is doing? Are we safe in our country?
