  • there is no ballast , why you need ballast?

you want to have the truck as light as possible.

  • Not in the strictest sense is there ballast, but with the back engines (notice the side vent porting?), drive systems, materials, etc. pretty sure they've paid their dues to physics.

  • Hey brainiacs, ballast = weight - I'm sure there was NO ballast added, lightweight foams, ect. maybe but, surely no ballast. I'm pretty sure an F150 is plenty heavy enough....

  • "adding ballast to get it to float"? hahaha :-) I'm not convinced having the hazard lights on is gonna help boat owners a lot but it's a nice piece of kit all the same.

  • Wow thats cool. How much ballast did they have to add to get that truck to float? cool though
