okay, here's what I relly see. a lot of machines and no skilled operators. The saw man just cut the board so short, he could not use it to his cut mark. Or if that was not it, then he had not real cutlist to go by. Add to it all the monkey noises in the background, and it seems that although you have machines, and show nice pictures, you have no trained, skilled operators to do such work.

Yes we do make a lot of radius top doors and casing.
The CNC router helps to make them faster and safer.
